I really don’t know what to say about all these ubuntu changes. It seems shuttleworth is taking revenge for something in a big way. Why would anybody in there right mind re invent the wheel? Something seems psychologically wrong in his thinking to cut down the user base and go after another type of user. Having a phone app on your desktop is just unheard of. Now with that said i have honestly given unity a go since its release, getting stuff done in a timely manner has been a problem, and things seem to be set up for left hand users. I’m right handed. I have to move from one side of the screen to the other, even with the buttons moved back to the right. Stopping to think how to get to point B from point A is a slow down with extra thought and steps. It seems my freedom is gone, though this is how i see it and how the os responds to me sitting in front of it. The Good News is Ubuntu Studio has released a Official Announcement that they are moving away from Unity to XFCE This is Great News! The mother distro as we know it, is no longer. I also believe shuttleworths figures are wong about how many users use ubuntu. I believe he is counting all the sub distro’s branched off the mother distro. He has to count only his main distro, Then the true numbers will show and he will see the exodus has begun. As for myself i have offically switch to linuxmint debian xfce.

    Hi Jordon,
wish you a very happy birthday and a wonderful wedding anniversary!
I am from India and i love watching your videos on my android phone. However, it does not support flash. So each time I have to go to the YouTube site and then watch it. Can you add the YouTube link in all your future videos?
